Samantha Stein

Author, strategist, and YouTube creator

Samantha Stein, aka “Yo Samdy Sam,” is a prominent voice in the online autism and AuDHD community. Since launching her YouTube channel in 2019, she’s become known for communicating complex neurodivergent experiences to help people better understand themselves. A late-diagnosed autistic AuDHDer, Sam brings lived experience, psychological insight, and irreverent humour to her work. Her self-published workbook So You Think You’re Autistic became a go-to resource for those exploring diagnosis or self-identification, and her upcoming book on autistic trauma — due from JKP in 2026 — continues her signature blend of empathy and clarity. As a business mentor and strategist, Sam supports neurodivergent entrepreneurs in building aligned, sustainable businesses without burnout. In 2024, she founded Wild Brains to unite neurodivergent business owners in community, collaboration, and creativity.
